About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse you will work within your clinical scope under the direction and delegation of our Registered Nurses to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑focused care. You will complete clinical assessments, care plans and health reviews, supporting patients along their healthcare journey to achieve improved health outcomes.
This is a Part‑Time position offering a clear development path and a comprehensive induction program, including:
* Full orientation and practice induction
* Online compliance and skills‑based learning
* Ongoing training and support from your Practice Manager and clinical colleagues
The role requires the ability to work between two practices (McIntyre Medical Centre, PCC & UCC and Para Hills Clinic) located within 5 minutes of each other, and a willingness to work a weekend day shift on a rotating roster in our Urgent Care Centre.
What We're Looking For
* Current unrestricted AHPRA nursing registration
* Experience in General Practice, Immunisation, Occupational Health, Chronic Disease Management or Antenatal Care (highly regarded)
* Current vaccination and immunisation compliance
* Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
* Intermediate computer skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and patient‑centred care
