Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
Georgiou, a leading civil and building construction company, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to join our project team in Perth or FIFO work. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a large project team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have either:
* Previous site administration experience; or
* Recent university graduate with an Arts or similar background; or
* Proposals/submissions background; or
* Senior-level personal secretary/executive assistant experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director and other team members.
* Oversee general office management issues.
* Arrange and coordinate calendar appointments and meetings as required.
* Format reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard.
* Minute meetings and distribute minutes on time.
* Coordinate timely receipt of monthly executive reports and ensure proofreading and distribution are complete.
* Undertake general financial functions, including invoice processing.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong written English.
* Solid IT skills, including advanced MS Office skills.
* A team player with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
