The team performs enforcement activities including wheel clamping, number plate removal and the seizure and sale of goods, as well as administrative enforcements to recover outstanding debts.The Team Leader – Criminal Enforcement Sanctions, provides effective leadership to the office-based enforcement team, ensuring delivery of a high level service, pro-actively seeking new ways to continually improve the Criminal Enforcement service, co-ordinating human resources and tasks and assisting other teams as required. Some field duties may also be required.EligibilityThis position holder will be appointed as a Deputy Sheriff for the purpose of serving documents and executing orders on behalf of the Sheriff of Western Australia. It is a requirement that the position holder is successful in obtaining and maintaining a Baseline Level National Security Clearance and successfully completing a National Criminal History Check.
