As a senior member of the regional HR leadership team, this position is a trusted advisor, hands-on business partner, and subject matter expert on ER and IR imperatives.The day to dayAs our Employee Relations Manager, you will:Provide day-to-day advice and leadership to leaders and HR on the full scope of ER/IR matters including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary issues, investigations and grievance handlingProvide hands-on leadership to enterprise agreement negotiations, ensuring effective consultation, implementation and complianceManage and resolve industrial disputes in collaboration with in-house legal counsel and represent ALS in Fair Work as required.Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure consistent application of industrial instruments and compliance with employment legislationStay updated on relevant legal developments, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
