The Centre Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our centre, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all activities align with our national framework requirements. With strong leadership skills and experience in integrated care, you will facilitate excellence in health outcomes for clients and the wider community.
* Lead the implementation of service delivery at our Kununurra headspace centre.
* Provide clinical guidance and direction to effectively meet the needs of the team and young people accessing our service.
* Engage relevant sectors and partners in an integrated model of care, promoting multidisciplinary teamwork and participation in the headspace program.
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the headspace centre, including staff management and performance monitoring.
* Shape a working environment that is conducive to high productivity and organisational success.
* Develop the centre's strategic plan, business, and annual work plan in conjunction with senior management and partners.
* Support management of contracts and funding agreements, ensuring deliverables and key performance indicators are achieved.
This is a mid-senior level management position, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work inclusively and respectfully. You will have sound IT skills and experience engaging with Aboriginal people and communities. A Certificate III in Allied Health Assistant qualification or equivalent training is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in health, education, community, or social services, with a strong understanding of the Kununurra region cultures. They will also possess current Working with Children clearance and a satisfactory Criminal History Check (not older than 6 months).

* Ensure financial responsibility and accountability in all areas of responsibility.
* Oversee the implementation of quality systems and contribute to research development to ensure service integrity and quality.
* Identify, manage, and address risk, following Wunan policy and procedure.
