We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our crew at our thriving franchise in Acacia Ridge, Australia. As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a satisfied appetite.
Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guestsTake accurate orders and process transactions with attention to detailPrepare and serve high-quality food items according to company recipes and standardsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including work areas and dining spacesCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with basic food preparation tasks, following all safety and hygiene protocolsContribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a can-do attitudeAdapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in various roles within the restaurantParticipate in team-building activities to enhance the workplace experienceStrive for continuous improvement by actively seeking and applying feedback from supervisors and guests
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanourStrong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accuratelyBasic maths skills for handling cash and card transactionsPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periodsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysWillingness to learn and master multiple roles within the restaurantPassion for food and interest in our cuisine is a plusKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided)Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policiesPositive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiencesNo prior experience required – we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success
