Bohle Barn Hotel is currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our friendly and professional team here at the Bohle Barn Hotel. The Duty Manager will have a strong Food and Beverage focus and lead our front of house staff during key service periods ensuring we deliver industry best service at all times.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant must present the following:
* Current RSA / RSG Certificate.
* Current RMLV Certificate.
* Current Approved Managers License.
* Qld Food Safe Handlers Certificate.
* Previous Duty Manager Experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
* Sound knowledge of QLD Liquor & Gaming compliance requirements.
* A passion for great Customer Service.
* Good understanding of Keno and TAB operations.
* Willingness to work mixture of Day's, nights and mid shifts.
