Job Title: Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist - HARP DMT
Employment Type: Fixed Term Part Time until June 2027 (Parental Leave cover)
Classification: Physiotherapist Grade 2 (VB1 - VB4) or Physiotherapist Grade 2 (VB1 - VB4)
Location: Graham Street
Key responsibilities and requirements:
To perform this role, you will have broad based clinical experience in the assessment and management of people experiencing complex and chronic health issues and a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of cardiac and respiratory service delivery across the health sector. You will conduct assessments, care planning and manage patients with chronic heart or respiratory failure within the HARP‐DMT program, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, and applying an evidence‐based approach to person‐centred care.
