You'll lead a team, manage resources, and work closely with management to deliver high-quality service that enhances the experience of residents, staff, and visitors.What You'll Do:Lead and support a team of maintenance and grounds workers.Allocate tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure safety compliance.Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance.Conduct inspections and minor repairs to buildings and equipment.Manage resources, supplies, and contractor coordination.Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.Support event setup and maintain village presentation standards.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Maintain clear communication and reporting with management.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking For:Practical experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, and general property upkeep.Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or grounds support role.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.Commitment to high standards of presentation and service.Completion of relevant trade or certificate-level training (e.g. horticulture, pool maintenance).
