Bathurst Panthers is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and support a busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen production to achieve consistency and deliver exceptional products and service.
* The successful candidate will prepare and present meals according to venue standards.
* They will perform quality control tasks including tasting and examining food.
* Additionally, the Head Chef will mentor and train the kitchen team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements
* The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* They must also have minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Senior Sous or Head Chef role.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for this position.
