We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join our leadership team to strengthen our financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making capabilities and drive sustainable financial growth
We are seeking an experienced part-time Legal Counsel to support Hub OS's growing APAC operations. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing, advising on, and managing commercial agreements and contracts across multiple regional entities, while also providing ad-hoc legal advice to the business as needed.
The role suits a pragmatic, commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working closely with fast-moving technology and hospitality teams and is looking for the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including customer contracts and SaaS agreements, partner and reseller agreements,supplier and vendor contracts, data processing and confidentiality agreements
Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-friendly solutions
Provide legal oversight across Hub OS entities operating in the APAC region, supporting entity-specific contracting, compliance, and governance requirements
Provide ad-hoc legal advice to leadership, sales, product, and operations teams
Advise on regulatory, data privacy, IP, and compliance matters relevant to SaaS and hospitality
Assist with dispute resolution and issue management where required
Maintain and improve contract templates and legal playbooks helping to build scalable legal processes that support business growth
Support internal stakeholders with contract interpretation and risk guidance
YOUR BACKGROUND
Qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate
5+ years' experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law
Strong background in contract review and negotiation
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or hospitality businesses highly desirable
Experience supporting multi-country or APAC operations is an advantage
Commercially focused with strong risk judgment
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage business
