RMHC South East Queensland is one of the many Ronald McDonald House "chapters" across the federated structure within Australia and globally, providing accommodation and support programmes for families.
About the Role
This 6 month Marketing Coordinator role will be pivotal in driving brand modernisation for Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland.
This position will ensure the successful implementation of updated brand elements across campaigns, digital platforms, event collateral and signage, creating a consistent and contemporary identity.
Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the brand modernisation is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This is a six month, part-time contract role based in Herston and South Brisbane, with flexibility for hybrid/work from home options.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for the brand refresh, including sourcing supplier quotes, liaising with vendors, and tracking progress.
Support the rollout of updated brand elements across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email) and physical assets (e.g., signage, merchandise, printed collateral).
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines across all channels and materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify outdated branding and facilitate timely updates.
Maintain documentation of brand assets, supplier communications, and implementation milestones.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and printed collateral.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities as required.
Maintain organised records of projects, assets, and approvals.
Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of marketing operations.
Key Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Journalism or equivalent is essential
Experience in a Communication and Marketing position or equivalent
Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector (specifically charity or public benevolent institution)
Experience in project management
