Position Overview
As a Support Worker, you will be providing in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Every day is different and your work will include personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments or activities, and social and community support.

What You'll Need
Hold minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or be willing to apply)
Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
Hold a current First Aid Certificate
Have a valid driver's licence and a road-worthy, insured vehicle
