Contract Officer role in Global Manufacturing Company - Based in Bentley
This global manufacturing company has a facility in Bentley and currently has a requirement for a Contract Officer to join their team, with an immediate start.
**Duties**:
- Ensuring the implementation of contracts, performance management and supplier relationship management, providing status reports and addressing/escalating any issues
- Develop and issuing of variations following award
- Resolve commercial issues associated with supplier performance, cost recovery for quality problems, rework and ensures resolution of commercial/contractual issues at the lowest level according to the contract.
- Administer & conduct supplier pre-qualification, administration and ongoing assessment of Suppliers
- Ensuring compliance to the company quality, safety and health, legal, local community focus and all other applicable standards and policies.
- Conduct supplier pre-qualifications of approved, local and Indigenous suppliers in accordance with Client requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for current contracts review and administration
- Quality control coordination of resources as required
- Review and rectify compliance to contract and ensuring agreed terms are implemented for allocated sub-category and contracts
- Negotiate and implementation of variations to nominated contracts
- Ensure all goods and/or services are provided in accordance with the contractual requirements for allocated sub-category and contracts
- Review all incoming Contractor requests and draft proposed responses resources (as applicable).
- Review and revise Suppliers group contractual forms as required.
