**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of fresh products throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries about bakery products.
**What We're Looking For:**
- A minimum of two years of baking or food preparation experience.
- Passion for baking and creating high-quality products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A satisfactory police check for added peace of mind.
