Overview
An exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our team at Craigie Salvos Stores. As Store Manager, you'll drive sales, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, all while helping us raise vital funds to support Australians in need. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a permanent, full-time role located in Craigie, WA.
Responsibilities
* Lead store operations and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive sales, manage customer experience, and uphold brand standards.
* Report to the Area Manager and manage day-to-day store priorities within budget guidelines.
* Contribute to the achievement of budgets and operational priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Retail management experience (essential).
* Strong proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (essential).
* Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to inspire and engage people.
* Ability to work to budgets and manage operational priorities.
* Experience using Workday HCM system (highly regarded).
