ServiceNow Consultant Lead
This is a leadership role where you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead discovery workshops, solution design, delivery, testing, and handover.
* Implement and configure ServiceNow modules in alignment with best practices.
* Act as the escalation point for complex platform and delivery issues.
* Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
What We're Looking For:
* 7-10 years' commercial ServiceNow consulting experience.
* Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and mentoring consultants.
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
* Strong experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
* Hands-on configuration, integration, and platform delivery experience.
