developments to this new exciting market.
We are seeking an accomplished
Project Manager
to
lead
this team on a
$120m
, 20-story development, which includes 4 parking levels over a total of 119 apartments. This
role
is scheduled to
commence
in
March 2026.
As Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of this high-profile project, ensuring it meets GVG's standards of
excellence
in safety, quality, budget, and delivery. You will be the driving force behind the project lifecycle,
collaborating
closely with design teams, subcontractors, and senior management to deliver
outstanding
results.
Leading
a
team
of site staff, you will have the drive to mentor and guide your team.
Your Accountabilities Will Include
* Guide design and construction teams through all project phases, from DA to handover
* Manage budgets, timelines, risk, and quality control to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Establish and maintain project governance, and stakeholder communication
* Lead procurement, contract negotiation, and resource allocation
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
* Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture aligned with GVG's values
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with mid-to-large scale residential or mixed-use developments
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, with the ability to mentor and guide your team
* Expertise in construction methodologies, contract management, and risk mitigation
* Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
* Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar
* Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
