Compensation and Reward Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Reward Analyst to support the design, delivery, and administration of compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
Job Responsibilities
* Supports the development of compensation and benefit programs to ensure alignment with global frameworks and governance.
* Analyzes market data and provides insights to inform pay decisions, merit reviews, promotions, and retention proposals.
* Maintains salary structures and pay ranges in line with global frameworks and Australian market trends.
* Prepares modeling and analysis to support cyclical remuneration review cycles including merit, bonus, and market adjustments.
* Provides reward insights, dashboards, and reporting for HR Business Partners and leaders.
* Administers local incentive programs and prepares modelling for cyclical programs.
* Supports global mobility and expatriate compensation modeling and reward.
* Ensures compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining process controls to achieve required governance.
* Provides input into people policies and procedures and supports maintenance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in compensation, reward, or HR analytics.
* Demonstrated reporting, metrics, and analytic experience with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel, and HR systems.
* Exposure to job architecture, grading systems, or global reward frameworks.
* Understanding of Australian employment legislation, superannuation, leave frameworks, and remuneration practices.
* Familiarity with remuneration surveys.
* Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation.
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
