Key Job Details

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as an Office Administrator, providing high-level support to a small and close-knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.


Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Organise and schedule plumbing appointments, ensuring effective communication with clients and the plumbing team.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for inquiries, offering friendly and efficient support.
* Data Entry: Maintain accurate records using Simpro management software, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
* Payments: Process customer payments efficiently and effectively.
* Inventory Management: Assist in ordering and tracking plumbing materials to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance documents, safety records, and licenses are maintained and filed accurately.
* Reporting: Contribute to preparing job progress reports and other key administrative documents.
* Team Support: Provide administrative support to management and assist in coordinating with the plumbing team.
* Simpro Management: Utilize Simpro software to manage job scheduling, track project progress, create quotes and invoices, and monitor business operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Business Acumen: Ability to understand business operations and contribute to their effectiveness.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organisation.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Simpro or similar business management software is highly desirable.
