We are seeking Machine Operators to join the team at one of Australia's leading steel manufacturers.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, including Rain Water Machines and Sheeting Machines, while following strict safety procedures.
Key Duties
Operating multiple machines, including all Rain Water Machines and Sheeting Machines.
Safely operating overhead pendant cranes.
Adhering to BlueScope's safety policies and procedures at all times.
Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining a high level of reliability and punctuality.
Essential Requirements
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Reliability and punctuality are a must.
Desirable
Forklift Licence (preferred, but not essential).
Preferred Requirements
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
