We are currently looking for **casual tour guides** to join our team. As a tour guide, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests through guided jet ski tours in the Brisbane/Moreton Bay area. You will ensure safety, fun, and guest engagement while also assisting with bookings and equipment maintenance.
**Rates**: $29 - $37 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Jet Ski Tours**: Lead and navigate jet ski tours in the Brisbane/Moreton Bay region, ensuring a fun, safe, and educational experience for all participants.
- **Guest Briefing and Safety**: Greet guests, provide pre-tour safety briefings, and explain key information about the jet skis and tours.
- **Bookings Management**: Take bookings from guests and manage reservations using our booking software.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of jet skis and equipment to ensure everything is in top condition.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- **Time and People Management**: Ensure tours run on time and manage groups effectively during each experience.
- **Local Knowledge and Interpretation**: Provide information about local landmarks, marine life, and cultural history integrated into the tours.
- **Conservation Awareness**: Incorporate sustainability and conservation practices into the tours, educating guests on these initiatives.
- **Additional Duties**: Assist with other tasks as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:
- **Boat and PWC License** (mandatory)
- **First Aid and CPR Certification** (preferred) or willing to obtain
- **Blue Card**(preferred) or willing to obtain
- Previous experience on the water is not essential but highly regarded.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
