- Located in Mt Thorley, NSW
- 12-Month Contract
- Monday to Friday (8-hour days)
About Our Client:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join our client\u2019s team in Mt Thorley, NSW. Our client is a well-established provider of fire protection and safety services, delivering end-to-end solutions across installation, maintenance, and compliance. With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialise in ensuring workplaces and facilities meet strict safety standards while providing reliable and innovative fire protection systems.
What you will be doing:
- Scheduling and planning via SimPRO
- Client communication and coordination
- Invoicing and timesheet processing
- Liaising with site technicians and trades labour pool
What you will need:
- Experience in planning, scheduling, or administration (ideally within trades, facilities, or service industries)
- Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
