We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to administer the financial aspects of our organization. This role will be responsible for effectively managing all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* A firm grasp of accounting principles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
* Prior experience using Xero accounting software
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* The capacity to learn new systems quickly
* Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills
* A dedicated approach to work and effective communication at all levels
Additional Responsibilities:
* Payroll, including Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and End-of-Year Reporting
* Accounts payable/receivable
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Cash flow monitoring, including assistance with debtors
* Invoicing
* Local Buy reporting
* General accounts functions
* Providing ad-hoc assistance to Directors and Business Manager
* Maintaining confidentiality
* A proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven attitude
