The Opportunity
We seek an experienced leader in the Australian energy sector to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney, supporting the eastern seaboard energy business. This role offers a chance to grow your career by working with industry leaders and making a significant impact in Beca Australia's priority markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the Energy Market Growth and sales strategies aligned with the Australia Business Growth Strategy.
* Build a robust sales pipeline and lead bid engagements to expand the Australian Energy business.
* Leverage networks to advocate, influence stakeholders, and build partnerships to enhance Beca's market position.
* Innovate and optimize performance across the energy portfolio to achieve strategic and sales goals.
About You
You are a respected leader in the energy sector with strong networks, deep market understanding, and ideally knowledge of energy policy. You have a proven track record in developing client partnerships and closing strategic opportunities. Your leadership style is strategic and collaborative, capable of uniting teams to execute growth strategies. Experience in consulting, engineering, or project delivery, along with a passion for market-facing activities and sustainable growth strategies, is essential.
