Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide critical support to our commercial teams. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative assistance to all commercial managers and the broader commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate support to the ANZ Consumer Products team
* Coordinate contract process, including tracking approvals and maintaining records
* Act as main contact for partners and teams to assist with system challenges and troubleshoot
* Maintain up-to-date records and documentation across internal systems
* Prepare and update trackers, reports, and presentations as required by the team
* Act as point of contact for general queries from partners or internal departments
* Raise purchase orders and assist with budget tracking as needed
* Contribute to process improvement by identifying areas to streamline and helping implement efficiencies
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
* 1+ years' experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role - ideally within licensing, consumer products, retail, entertainment, or similar commercial environment
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Able to pull data together to build engaging presentation decks
* Ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
* Passion for consumer products or retail
