The Role:

Landchecker technology empowers more than 8,000 Property Professionals to make faster insight-driven property decisions. It is our mission to provide the most up to date and accurate Property data to our customers via market leading, intuitive technology. Since launch the Landchecker business has grown and expanded, evolving the product offering and servicing clients across the entire spectrum of the Property Industry on a National basis.

To support this continued expansion, Landchecker is seeking its next Sales gun. This person will play a pivotal role in Landchecker's growth and success by identifying prospects, developing new relationships, creating opportunities and nurturing these to a close.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and an appetite for learning within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the role requiring interaction with existing and prospective customers on a daily basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the a cross section of the entire Real Estate industry, forge new relationships, build a network and learn how a Technology business successfully goes to market.

Responsibilities:

* Research, Qualify and Proactively Prospect new business opportunities in both existing and new markets
* Accurately forecast and achieve targets set by the Sales Director, providing detailed reporting and feedback
* Analyse customers within the existing database and identify account growth & expansion opportunities
* Collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Product and Customer Success, contributing to the overall success of the business
* Become a subject matter expert - understanding a diverse customer base and their challenges / needs in relation to how we can assist their business

Skills & Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a Commercial / Sales environment, demonstrating a clear ability to meet and exceed targets
* Excellent social, interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on high standards of customer service
* Confident speaking on the phone, presenting online or meeting in person
* Great punctuality, time management and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and and proficient use of software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce etc.
* University Degree / College Diploma education
