About the Role
We are seeking experienced Flexographic Printers and Trade Assistants with a positive, "can-do" attitude to join our successful and growing team in Luscombe.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up, run, and optimise all aspects of press production.
* Plate mounting and pre-press preparation.
* QA checks including colour matching and proofing.
* General housekeeping and press area maintenance.
* Roll loading and finished product preparation.

What We're Looking For
* Reliability and strong teamwork skills.
* Wide web experience (advantageous).
* Mechanical and technical aptitude.
* Eye for detail and quality.
* Experience printing on plastic substrates.
* Desire to grow with the business.
