We are seeking an experienced
ICT Business Analyst
with strong capability in
business systems implementation, vendor engagement, and client training
to support the delivery of complex, multi-vendor technology projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Work with clients to define business and system requirements across a wide spectrum of business systems
* Support end-to-end delivery of ICT projects in collaboration with project managers, technical teams, and software vendors
* Develop solution cost estimates, evaluation criteria, and test plans
* Coordinate testing activities and support issue remediation with vendors
* Design and deliver training to ensure successful client adoption of deployed solutions
About you:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in ICT or finance systems environments
* Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and reporting processes
* Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, planning, or analytics systems
* Comfortable working directly with clients and vendors in a consulting environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
