Position Overview:
We're looking for a proactive Customer Service & Sales Assistant to work alongside our Sales & Kitchen Manager. In this role, you'll help keep our sales engine running smoothly—processing orders, finalising delivery logistics, and making sure every client interaction feels personal and professional. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail meets relationship-building, and no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales & Kitchen Manager with processing purchase orders, quotes, and sales documentation.
* Help finalise delivery logistics, including scheduling, routing, and driver coordination.
* Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and client notes to ensure seamless team communication.
* Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally, offering menu guidance, pricing, and delivery details.
* Assist with sending quotes, confirmations, and invoices.
* Ensure every order is accurate, including dietary needs, special instructions, and packaging requirements.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive check-ins, feedback collection, and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to align sales and production schedules.
* Suggest and implement ideas to improve processes and make our workflow even smoother.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration (hospitality experience is a plus).
* Experience coordinating logistics or operations is a bonus.
* High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications are a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $45,912.27 – $78,552.48 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
