The Role
You will manage and appear in a broad range of family law matters, including:
* Parenting disputes
* Property settlements
* De Facto relationship matters
* Domestic Violence proceedings
* Associated Criminal Law matters
The position offers significant responsibility, direct client engagement and regular advocacy opportunities, allowing you to further develop your technical and courtroom skills.
About You
You will bring:
* Minimum 3+ years Post-Admission Experience (PAE), primarily in Family Law
* Strong advocacy experience and understanding of Court processes and protocols
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage files independently from commencement to resolution
* Commercial awareness and strategic problem-solving capability
* A genuine commitment to achieving strong outcomes for clients
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor junior practitioners
* Professionalism, initiative, and a high level of personal accountability
