Job Description:
We are currently hiring for two positions:
Landscape Labourer – Entry Level
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to enter the landscaping/construction industry.
No prior landscaping experience required.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
What we're looking for:
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* White Card
* Driver's licence (essential)
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Must be an Australian citizen
Experience in construction, trade assistance or outdoor labouring will be highly regarded but is not essential.
This role suits someone looking for long-term employment and career progression.
Experienced Landscaper
This role is for someone who can contribute immediately on-site.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months hands-on landscaping experience
* Experience in paving, retaining walls, turf prep, irrigation or site set-out
* Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
* White Card
* Driver's licence (essential)
* Must be an Australian citizen
You must take pride in your work and understand quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Performing routine lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and seasonal plant care.
* Assisting in hard and softscape installations, pest and weed control, and general garden upkeep.
* Maintaining a clean and organised worksite, ensuring safety standards are met.
* Engaging with customers in a professional manner to discuss maintenance plans and provide friendly service.
Requirements:
* A passion for creating and maintaining outdoor spaces, with an eye for detail.
* Physical fitness and comfort with outdoor, hands-on work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 20kg and bend frequently.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
* Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain before starting.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance.
