Job Title: Regional Sales Leadership Position
About the Role:
This is a business-critical position where you'll lead from the front—mentoring a team of sales professionals and building an agile, high-performance sales team aligned with our national strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in the field, maintaining strong customer relationships and managing key accounts.
• Develop and mentor a team of sales professionals using a structured sales program.
• Drive alignment with state sales strategy and contribute to integrated business planning (IBP) through regular meetings.
• Design and execute sales strategies to achieve annual profit plans, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net sales, gross profit, and operational costs.
• Champion best-practice use of CRM for call cycles, forecasting, project management, and customer engagement.
Requirements:
• In-depth understanding of commercial projects and the broader building and construction industry.
• Expertise in the sales process, solution-based selling, and reverse sales from specification.
• Experience with CRM software and contribution to S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
