The role Key responsibilities include:
Lead and support the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR-related projects and initiatives.Research and analyse HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform project outcomes.Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to track progress.Coordinate consultation and engagement activities with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with workforce needs.To be successful in this role you will have:
