About the Role
This full-time, permanent position is designed for a high-calibre professional who thrives on variety and high-level responsibility. Reporting to the Executive Support Officer, you will be a key facilitator within the Office of the CEO, ensuring the smooth, confidential, and highly organised flow of executive activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Executive Administration: Undertaking various administrative activities to support the Office of the CEO, including maintaining governance registers, policy and procedures, and managing corporate event support
* Board & Committee Coordination: Managing the entire meeting lifecycle, from coordinating calendars and papers to arranging catering and external meeting sites.
* Minute Taking: Attending and accurately minuting Board and sub-committee meetings, ensuring quick and precise distribution of minutes.
* Action Monitoring: Establishing and maintaining robust systems for tracking and monitoring all action items arising from governance meetings.
* Strategic Project Support: Providing administrative and project support to strategic initiatives and key corporate events.

You are a highly capable and experienced administration professional who thrives in a demanding, high-stakes environment. You pride yourself on your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and impeccable written and verbal communication.
We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate:
* Proven ability to provide committee support, including accurate minute-taking and monitoring action outcomes.

* A track record of handling sensitive and confidential issues with tact and discretion.
* High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
