The roleYou will manage recruitment workforce activities to support best practice recruitment and systems outcomes for the Department of Health. You will provide high quality advice and application of workforce activities in accordance with the workforce industrial framework in an authoritative and timely manner. You will have a key focus in further developing contemporary recruitment for the Department of Health, in particular around alternative recruitment approachs, targeted recruitment campaigns and conversions. Furthermore, you will produce and maintain reports on data relating to recruitment, providing information for analysis and identifying recruitment and selection trends.
The successful personTo be successful in this role, you will have high level knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures relating to recruitment and selection within a large complex environment. You will have strong stakeholder engagement experience, demonstrating high level communication and interpersonal skills necessary to liaise, consult and negotiate with a variety of key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will develop innovative solutions to complex matters to support best practice, innovative resourcing solutions to assist with meeting organistional needs.
