Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that drive efficiency and value. Your expertise in data analysis and process mapping will help inform strategic decisions and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights. Key Deliverables
As this project is delivered using agile methodology, BA services are required to deliver process maps in Nintex Promapp as well as all related artefacts such as guidance documents. The BA will work closely with the product owners to document the processes and collate any artefacts into an easily accessible collection.
* Contribute to scope definition for the Environment Reports project
* Contribute to Workshop artifacts (Miro)
* Contribute to creation of epics in Jira to definition of ready, including clear acceptance criteria
* Create and maintain process maps for the business (using Promapp) for Environment Reports
* Work with the product owners to create and centrally locate business process artefacts for Environment Reports
* Create high level process maps for EES pre-referrals and referrals
Desired skills/technology/tools
-Experience working in agile teams
-Demonstrated experience with Nintex Promapp for business process mapping
-Experience working on planning related projects with preference given to someone with Environmental Effects Statement experience.
-Experience as a senior BA working autonomously with the business
