What You'll Do:
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant Your role is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they step through our doors.
Be the First Impression: Greet and welcome guests with your warm smile and friendly attitude.
Master the Flow: Manage reservations and seating arrangements like a pro.
Order Up Take orders accurately and provide your insider recommendations on our delicious menu items.
Serve with Style: Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally to our hungry diners.
Keep It Fresh: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and bursting with good vibes.
Be the Problem Solver: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Team Player: Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role is preferred.
