Overview
Are you passionate about helping Public Health organisations in Australia and New Zealand implement innovative cloud computing solutions to enhance the experience of patients, medical staff and health administrators? Do you have a knack for helping customers build a deep understanding of cloud and application architectures, and the consultative and leadership skills to launch and ramp cloud migration projects on a trajectory to success?
Key Responsibilities
* Hire, on‐board, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
* Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS.
* Establish strategic initiatives to accelerate adoption of AWS by Public Healthcare organisations.
* Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to support field sales engagements.
* Lead solutions architecture teams in driving revenue and market share for AWS through technical engagements.
* Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and Support.
About the Team
The Healthcare Solution Architecture team has members across Australia, and virtual team members in New Zealand, that support our Public Healthcare customers achieve their mission using AWS technologies.
Basic Qualifications
* 10+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer‐facing resources or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
* 2+ years of complex healthcare customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
* Experience in cloud architecture.
* Experience in design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
