Trade Qualified Carpenter – Façade Installation (Hervey Bay)
Project Duration: Tuesday 25 November – late January 2026
Roster: 10‑hour days, 5–6 days per week
Rates: $55/hr base | $70/hr OT1 | $85/hr OT2
Elite Resource is seeking trade‑qualified carpenters for a façade installation project in Hervey Bay. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident with cladding systems, fix‑outs, and working safely at heights. You'll also play a key role in helping run a crew of up to 15 labourers on a large‑scale commercial project that will keep you busy through summer.
Local hire only – no DIDO or LAHA. Preference given to Hervey Bay‑based applicants or those nearby with reliable transport.
What You'll Need
* Trade certificate in carpentry or similar trade
* White card
* Own tools and PPE
* Experience with façade systems or external cladding
* Reliability and commitment through January
* Confidence in crew coordination and site leadership
