You will design and deliver proactive, person-led interventions that empower individuals to better understand their mental health, build resilience and develop opportunities for community integration.

Key Responsibilities
* Possession of tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other allied health disciplines recognised by the tertiary mental health services sector.
* Eligibility for membership of the appropriate professional body (e.g. APHRA, AASW).
* Specialist mental health skills and experience working in a clinical setting.
* Ability to assess performance deficiencies and invoke reasonable effective and supportive programs for improvement.
* Advanced understanding and demonstrated application of recovery-oriented services.
* Maintain a current Australian Driver's Licence.
