**The Opportunity**
You will assist Bupa in achieving its strategic goals by bringing a methodical and well-organized approach to the evaluation and improvement of Bupa's risk management, control, and governance processes.
Another key pivotal part as a Graduate Assurance Analyst will be supporting the completion of independent objective assurance activities through collaborating with internal stakeholders and the broader Internal Audit team
This is a 24-months Fixed Term full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
**How will I help?**
**You will add value by**:
- Collaborating with other teams' members as an auditor on projects to deliver high quality assurance work outcomes
- Be an assistant on various special projects or ad-hoc assurance requests under the direction of the Internal Audit leadership team
- Managing compliance with the Group Internal Audit policies, procedures, and organisation
- Supporting change through identifying enhancement opportunities and challenging the status quote to improve the operation of the Internal Audit Function

**What do I need?**
- Have relevant tertiary qualifications (business/commerce/health preferred) with a strong academic record
- Undertaking (or a desire to undertake) professional qualifications (CA, CIA, ICAA, CPA, CISA, CIMA etc.)
- Demonstrated communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills
