Nurse Unit Manager or Team Leader Job Opportunity in Child and Youth Mental Health

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Unit Manager or Team Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents.

Your Opportunity:

* The successful candidate will provide professional and operational leadership and direction to nursing staff, as well as operational leadership to administration, allied health, and operational staff. They will be responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
* They will deliver advanced level clinical services and clinical service leadership to ensure clinical responsiveness to emergent mental health presentations via the Department of Emergency Services across an extended hours roster.
* Actively lead the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of services to the local service area.

You will receive a competitive salary between $5,081.10 - $5,516.60 p.f. or salary between $5,557.50 - $5,798.90 p.f.
