Salary: $77,000 to 85,000 + Superannuation
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and manage the distribution of prepared and baked goods from the Hillsdale production facility to all 10 retail outlets across Sydney.
Develop and implement purchasing, storage, and logistics strategies to ensure smooth retail operations.
Negotiate supplier and freight contracts to meet delivery deadlines, quality, and cost objectives.
Supervise inventory control systems and ensure optimal stock levels across all store locations.
Oversee warehouse, packing, and delivery staff, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards.
Coordinate logistics schedules and vehicle routing to optimise efficiency and minimise delivery costs.
Liaise with production, finance, and retail managers to forecast demand, manage seasonal fluctuations, and resolve supply issues.
Prepare operational reports analysing purchasing costs, delivery performance, and inventory metrics for management review.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management with 1 year work exp, or 5+ years' relevant industry experience.
Proven experience in multi-site supply chain coordination within a food, bakery, or FMCG environment.
Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and vendor management.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent delivery operations.
