KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver budgeted annual revenue and margin targets.
* Build a long-term strategic commercial plan to foster sustainable growth.
* Secure new commercial partnerships in priority categories where no partner exists or develop multiple options ahead of renewal periods.
* Collaborate with clients, team, and Managing Director during proposal development and negotiations to ensure all benefits align with our strategy and can be delivered.
* Proactively manage and service commercial partners to meet objectives.
* Establish long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Develop strategic plans for each partner, outlining vision, priorities, and action plans with designated owners and deadlines.
* Coordinate across the Performance54 ecosystem, including internal departments, partners, media, and stakeholders, to support partnership priorities.
* Identify opportunities proactively and report regularly to the team.
* Deliver activations and other negotiated add-ons.
* Implement best practices for global commercial partnerships.
* Contribute to additional responsibilities as needed.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Commercial Director Australia, the Commercial Manager oversees daily management and revenue generation through sponsorships, partnerships, and hospitality. Responsibilities include prioritizing partnerships, achieving revenue targets through account management and new business development. The role requires commercial experience, understanding of the professional sporting ecosystem, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple projects remotely with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Commercial Manager will manage relationships to deliver current contracts and support consultative work.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
* Competitive salary.
* Annual discretionary bonus up to 8% (3% company, 5% individual).
* Up to four weeks of annual leave, pro-rated for part-time.
* Working hours from 09:00 to 17:30, with flexibility depending on client needs.
* Interstate travel required.
