As a Warehouse Supervisor at Bainbridge, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of our busy warehouse.
You will oversee picking, packing, and dispatch activities while leading and supporting the warehouse team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times.
With your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and people leadership abilities, you'll help keep the warehouse running.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
Leading, supporting, and motivating warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy targets
Ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and dispatched on time
Coordinating workflow and allocating tasks to meet daily operational demands
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Assisting with inventory control, stock counts, and audits to ensure accuracy
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
Ensuring all procedures, WHS requirements, and company standards are followed
Supporting the Warehouse Manager, 2IC, Team Leaders and wider team as required
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (no weekends)
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
High attention to detail and ability to oversee accurate order picking
Ability to organise workloads, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
A hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
