About the Roles: These opportunities are ideal for individuals confident in managing teams of 5–20 people per shift. You'll be comfortable multitasking, keeping an eye across every element of service, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly from open to close.
Team Leaders: You'll take charge of day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the venue, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role suits someone who thrives on providing memorable guest experiences, is passionate about great food, and ensures every dish leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.
Restaurant Managers: In addition to the responsibilities above, you'll be driving sales, upholding cleanliness and food safety standards, maintaining a positive team atmosphere during busy shifts, hiring and developing staff, and managing your own portfolio of responsibilities within the business.
What We're Looking For
* 2 years' experience in a similar role for Restaurant Managers; 1+ year for Team Leaders
* Confidence balancing labour and sales
* Drive-through experience highly regarded
* Personable, approachable, and supportive with both customers and staff
