On-Air Digital Content Producer - Kyle and Jackie O
We currently have a rare opportunity to join the Kyle & Jackie O show as our On Air & Digital Content Producer to create compelling on air and digital content & actively engage with our passionate target audience.
The Role:
* Work with the on and off-air team to own and create best in class content and source exclusive angles/fresh takes on trending stories across the platforms for our key audience profile.
* Own O News - Research, write, and prepare daily bulletins, distribute O News content across all digital platforms, and Produce the O News podcast, including at times, hosting of the podcast with breaking news.
* Record, edit, and produce soundbites and high-quality audio grabs for use on-air.
* Know what's important to the KJ target demographic by keeping abreast of pop culture, sport, & news topics relevant to the audience.
* Collaborate closely with other key internal & external stakeholders to deliver creative content that drives successful business outcomes.
* Ensure Industry Codes and Standards are adhered to and safeguard the brand by ensuring all content on all platforms aligns with the KIIS brand and business standards.
* Attend red carpets, music previews, and entertainment launch events, represent the KIIS brand and capture exclusive audio/video coverage.
About You:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a metropolitan or regional radio station, where you've been able to refine your communication style on and off the air
* Think creatively & contribute great content ideas
* Relevant experience & genuine interest in social media & digital campaign creation and execution across all platforms including but not limited to Instagram, FaceBook, Tik Tok, YouTube. Able to demonstrate an acute understanding of digital media consumption for the KIIS audience profile and what interests them.
* Strong editing, digital design and copywriting skills.
* Working knowledge of the Commercial Radio Codes of Practice.
* You can confidently and autonomously manage and deliver multiple assignments, while working with multiple stakeholders and daily deadlines, in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
