About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail operation in a regional coastal location. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in volume retail, enjoys maintaining strong merchandising standards, and knows how to motivate and manage teams. Flexibility across the roster is essential.
What you will do
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Drive day-to-day store performance and operational excellence
* Execute visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards
* Manage rosters, wages, stock flow, and daily priorities
* Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture

* Past Store Manager experience in a high-volume environment
