What You'll Be Doing
* Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely month‐end reporting, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
* Support monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and investigation of key movements across entity performance
* Prepare year‐end audit working papers and maintain high‐quality financial documentation
* Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and contribute to strengthening financial controls
* Support accounts receivable activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and assisting with follow‐up on overdue accounts
* Contribute to finance systems enhancements, process improvement, and automation initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience in the accounts/finance function of a multi‐entity group highly regarded
* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
* Keen to learn, develop, and grow within a fast‐paced business environment
